SHARED VALUES

The values of our association, M.Th.I. ETS, focus on universality, inclusion, and accessibility in the cultural activities we produce and promote, particularly in live performance genres and forms. We reach out to all individuals, without any distinction of gender, age, geographic and ethnic origin, social status, or economic condition. We are open to all forms and genres of cultural exchange, encouraging innovation and the blending of our expressive and creative languages. We facilitate and support all types of meetings, dialogue, and relationships between artists and/or creatives and the diverse audiences we engage with.

Universality

We promote artistic expressions capable of transcending borders, cultures, and differences, speaking a common language that touches the essence of being human. We believe that art belongs to everyone, regardless of age, background, language, or life experience. It is a vehicle for emotions, ideas, and stories that can unite people, creating deep connections and breaking down social or cultural barriers.

inclusion

We firmly believe that art and culture should be open to everyone and that diversity is a source of enrichment for the community. We use inclusive and respectful language that reflects the diversity of the community and avoids stereotypes or discrimination. We offer a variety of cultural and artistic events that reflect this diversity and include experiences and perspectives from different cultures, traditions, and life experiences.

accessibility

We believe that art should be accessible and easily enjoyed by everyone. We facilitate access to exhibition spaces for individuals with mobility disabilities and support the creation of multisensory artworks that can be appreciated by those with visual or hearing impairments. We are committed to overcoming socioeconomic barriers that may limit people's access to art and culture by creating low-cost or free cultural programs and initiatives. We promote art in disadvantaged communities or those underserved by cultural institutions.

sustainability

Since 2006, we have directed our activities towards the environmental sustainability of the events we organize. We consider sustainability a strategic element for event organizers, which is why we have adopted the Sustainable Green Events Guide by Seventeen Events. Additionally, we are committed to following the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, complying with European regulations, and adhering to ISO 20121 standards. We also pay particular attention to minimum environmental criteria (CAM) to ensure responsible management and to make our practices increasingly sustainable.
